This body of work explores the ways in which patterns shape our lives – more specifically, the ways in which constructions of memory, experience, and gender are embodied in the domestic landscape. The work speaks to the dualities of life, where intimacy and desire are pitted against discord, estrangement, and isolation, and manifested in terms of presence vs. absence.
