Natalie Sullivan is a fiber artist, mother, gardener and botanical dyer living and working in Richmond, VA.

Her structural weavings bend, intertwine and curve off the wall creating a play of what is seen and what is hidden. An enticing mix of fluffy yarns, repurposed materials, and hand dyed fabrics utilize color, texture and the transformative properties of fiber to explore the relationship between humanity, nature, art and craft.

Natalie studied Painting and received her BFA from Virginia Commonwealth University and her MFA from Pratt Institute. She has exhibited in group shows at Art Fields in Lake City, NC; Hilliard Gallery in Kansas City, MO; Gallery5 and Visual Arts Center in Richmond, VA.
